For most projects we can work up an estimate if you
provide us with some basic information:

With this information, we will give you as accurate an estimate as
possible. In some cases this may be a range. For a firm job quote, however, we
will need to see the project.
Most work falls into these
ranges:

Heavy Copyediting: 250 to 1,000 words per hour
-
Medium Copyediting: 750 to
1,500 words per hour
-
Light copyediting: 1,000 to 1,750 words per hour
-
Proofreading: 2,000 to 2,750 words per hour

Billing of services typically occurs within 5 working days of the
job's completion. For large-scale work (such as extended manuscripts),
we will invoice on completion of the first 50 billable pages and for every
50 thereafter and/or upon completion.

We work very hard to turn out quality work in a timely fashion. As such we
request invoices to be paid upon receipt.

Payment Methods
We can accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards, personal and business checks, cashier checks, money orders, money transfers via Paypal and most other Internet payment services, including payments with e-gold. [ Our e-gold number is 228221. ].
We have partnered with PaySystems.com and Paypal.com to
offer our customers a safe and secured environment to process payment. Also note,
you can use your bank debit Mastercard or Visa, or online check to pay through PayPal.
It works just like a check. E-gold can
be used by anyone in the world, to pay anyone in the world.

We will return your documents to you by diskette, e-mail, fax, or other as
needed.

No charge for e-mail delivery.

No charge for #10 envelope with one ounce postage within the U.S.

Mail over one ounce billed at current USPS rate.

Other delivery methods (FedEx, UPS, etc.) will be billed to client at cost.
